• Evaluation if Probate is needed. (Probate is a court proceeding to establish the legal and financial settling of a deceased person’s assets and debts.)
• Preparing a small estate affidavit
• Evaluation whether the surviving spouse or heirs have appropriate continuity for their estates, in light of future taxation.

Sara is a former Assistant Attorney General and clerk for the late, Honorable William L. Dwyer. She graduated from Seattle University Law School with honors and from the Matteo Ricci College program at Seattle Preparatory High School.
Sara’s recent Masters of Law (LL.M) in Elder Law lets her tailor estate planning strategies with an eye toward your long term financial security and personal autonomy.
